Booking conditions at the Address in Besançon
ARTICLE 1 - The owner undertakes to welcome travellers to THE ADDRESS A BESANCON under the following arrangements.
ARTICLE 2 - The tenant commits to this contract for a specified period of time. Under no circumstances will he be entitled to retain the premises at the end of the booked stay.
ARTICLE 3 - The booking becomes effective once the tenant has sent the landlord a down payment of 50% of the total amount of the booking. The lease between the parties cannot in any way benefit even partially third parties, legal or physical persons, unless written agreement of the owner. Any breach of this last point would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the tenancy at the wrong of the tenant, the proceeds of the tenancy remaining permanently acquired from the owner.
ARTICLE 4 - Any cancellation must be notified 14 days before the booking date.
- Cancellation before arrival in the premises: the deposit remains acquired to the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation takes place less than 14 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises,
- If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the expected date of the stay, the amount will be refunded in full.
- If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains acquired to the owner. No refunds will be made.
ARTICLE 5 - If the landlord had to take the initiative to cancel the stay, he gave the tenant the full amount paid.
ARTICLE 6 - The payment of the rental balance is paid upon entry to the premises. On this occasion, tenants will be asked to provide a police card stating their full contact information.
ARTICLE 7 - In accordance with the Data Protection Act (RGPD), we inform our customers that data collected on the occasion of their booking, relating to their identity, postal address and email will not be disclosed to any third parties. This data will potentially and strictly be used to send information about the Address to Besançon as part of its current and potential promotional offers. Customers may object to this provision.
ARTICLE 8 - The tenant is responsible for any damage that occurs. It is required to be insured by a resort-type insurance contract for these various risks.
ARTICLE 9 - The residence tax paid in full to the Greater Besançon Community of Aglomeration is set at 1.70 euros per person per night. This tax will be valued on the overall cost of the stay.
ARTICLE 10 - An invoice is systematically given to all customers staying at the Address in Besançon.
ARTICLE 11 - Animals are not allowed at the Address in Besançon.
